Lady packs 2 years for attacking policemen
An Oredo Magistrates' Court in Benin on Thursday sentenced a 35-year-old lady, Oduwa Egbenayabuwa , to two years detainment for striking some cops while playing out their legal obligations .
The Chief Magistrate, Rachael Ogbevoen, sentenced the charged in the wake of discovering her blameworthy.
Mr. Ogbevoen, nonetheless, gave the convict an alternative of N30,000 fine.
Prior, the prosecutor, Patrick Agbonifo, said the offense was conferred on October 31, 2015.
